Orval from Baxter comfort solutions is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a 4 year old AC poop out on us during the hottest week of the year and he got us up and running right away. He found the issue, tracked down our warranty, and replaced the part even though it was a brand they don’t sell. Very professional and will use him to keep our equipment running efficiently for the future.

I called at 7:30 I’m the morning due to the AC not working and they were able to be at my house between 4:00-6:00 same day! Quick fix! Orval was amazing and fixed the AC in 20 minutes!

Our technician, Noah Kiger, did a thorough job inspecting our furnace. He tested, cleaned and adjusted everything so our furnace would run like a well oiled machine for the winter. We will use Baxter Comfort Solutions in the future.

BCS was able to quickly respond to my non working furnace when it was near zero. Orvil was quick and courteous. I’ll use them again in the future.

We bought a new Amana AC unit from BCS. They gave us a great price and installed it when they said they would. The crew was friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Brian is very helpful and answers any questions we have. I will go back to him for future hearing and cooling needs.
