Orville, and trainee Noah, arrived on time, respected our home by wearing shoe coverings, and they wore ppe due to covid. Orville was very knowledgeable of the Climate Master geothermal product he serviced and was very courteous when answering customer questions. From the moment Orval stepped in the house (removed his shoes even though we told him he didn’t need to), he had a terrific attitude, seemed eager to help and was very kind and respectful to our young boys that were curious. Orval was very knowledgeable and professional. I genuinely felt like he wanted to make sure we were getting the best fit of product for our home.
